Description
A supportive Character in my story, General Catos Arctur.
His name Catos, is based on a Latin word Cato which means "wise".
Tried out a bit of different painting style with this one. Add more texture to avoid too much smoothness, still gotta work on that style.

As you can see I did some changes regarding the colours and background. Gonna probably edit this existing background but later.
